Not exactly. DMARCbis, section 5.3.8: "Mail ReceiversSHOULDgenerate and send aggregate reports with a frequency of at least once every 24 hours."
If that isn't clear enough, I would think the addition of something like ", covering the period since the last report was sent." would be sufficient.
