Well theres a bit of controversy around this. What it all boils down to is that it works internally at 24/96 but is only 16bit via the anologue out. Doesn't bother me, I'll be using the digital out - and I don't have any other 24/96 equipment anyway! > Plugins for effects, filters, compression etc. is where you're track > will stand out on it's own. One thing I'm not at all familiar with and trying to figure out is whether or not most people apply effects to their samples using say, SoundForge or whatever.. or whether they do it within cubase using plugins (if thats even possible)?
