Had a chance to skim through before tonight's "freeze". Just a few small notes:
All three segments start "Chapter 1". Hmmm. :-)
Reading it more carefully, I now understand the FTP server comment. Perhaps:
"An FTP server with enough free space to store all of the data you need to back
up."
Below the FTP comment ("If you use the partitioning instructions..." ) document
has a typo.
Configuring Xorg for NVidia: I think there's a missing "is". "The following
procedure _is_ for configuring..." ?
Thanks for the clarification on the "i install" (and thence, the "i learn"). If
they renamed this, it would be more clear/less awkward in documentation like
this.

BTW It sounds like you had a great holiday in some of Canada's nicer country. I
lived across and down the Strait in Victoria for five years, bopping in to
Vancouver to visit friends. I _really_ miss the ocean and mountains. Edmonton
is 4+ hours from the Rockies, and a long day's drive from the ocean. sigh :-(
One day, I will move back to what I consider Home.
