Which gen, Geoff? I've done the thermo on my 1st gen 3.5L three times already and it's easy as pie; I assume you're meaning a later revision. Did they put it somewhere stupid like they did the oil filter? (above a crossmember -- what the hell?) Water pump/timing belt, however....ugh. Agreed there. And anything to do with steering.
