However I did have a problem in that Diamond insisted that the documentation was only available in German. I paid a person to start translating it when another option came up. That was to make it plain to Diamond that part of their requirement for type approval of their products in Australia was to supply documentation and support in english. An english version turned up soon after that and it had been in print for at least three years. Best of luck, just apply more pressure. I just constantly get fobbed off to someone else and never get called or emailed back. We just bought a DA20 for our club and those springs really make the difference. Thanks! //Lasse
