Also, it seems there is yet another problem in COPYING.DOSEMU which I don't see in the original COPYING by Hans Lermen, so it might be something new. In particular, this: --- Clauses 2 to 7 must not be interpreted to restrict or modify clause 1, but only clarify the copyright. --- is a new addition, and it doesn't seem to bode well with this: --- We grant the right to use a proprietary DOS together with DOSEMU. --- "We grant the right" does not look like a clarification of 1. It doesn't say "GPL grants the rigth" or something like this, so it looks more like the GPL exception that grants an additional rights, but it obviously cannot be the one. Actually, the entire Clause 7 is not in the original COPYING.
