I must say the only PO file available in the Debian source package was the one I put onto Transifex. I checked yesterday where there were texts in Tuxpaint but don't remember to have seen texts in stamps, are there really? Is a new feature?
------------ You can find the po file in the package https://packages.debian.org/source/sid/graphics/tuxpaint-stamps the file is big, so it has been separated into its own package. the same goes for the config file (not big) https://packages.debian.org/source/sid/graphics/tuxpaint-config Tux Paint can be used without the two packages, but is of course not complete then.
