I think we got it.

Ooops, it seems this answer didn't leave on time, I found it in my saved
messages…

Ok, it seems quite a huge (manual) work though, this is why I tend to
prefer scripts in this kind of cases! Anyway, I recall one of the
difficulties I faced was to check that my script correctly imported new
strings. Maybe you can be helped by the people you know around Tuxpaint,
to lower the effort.

----------------
It is a huge manual work (but close to finished now). And it should be a one
time thing. Its from a newer version to a older version. I have sent Estonian
the other way today (upstream). Later I'll look into Malay, Romanian and Thai.
As the stats show now we have 35 100 % complete languages and a lot which is
only missing a few strings (due to small changes from the old version to 9.22).
I did quiet an effort trying to find translator for Tux Paint 9.22, so a lot of
languages are (for the main program) complete. So I don't have the impression
that we are going to see a need for a lot of upstream transfers. And if we do,
it would be a positive thing :o)

Good question… I think I can switch you to the role of grand coordinator
of the whole Transifex project. As Marian (Romanian translator) has left
the project, you can take his role. When I need to update a bunch of
languages, I'm using scripts only and they don't ask me my credentials.
I believe Transifex tools recorded them somewhere in a hidden file so
that I don't need to get authenticated anymore.

--------------------
I have asked for translator rights on all the relevant languages, and done it
manual. Close to complete, so that solutions is quite okay, no need for a grand
coordinator role.

Cheers,
Joe
