Ok, indeed there is no PO/MO file in the binary package, only in the source package, which is quite unusual. The reason is that translations are gathered into text files, one per stamp image. So this mean putting PO files on Transifex is not enough, we must learn how to put them back into the text files. The config package is not installed in DDL. I can't see what it would bring to do so since nobody has ever asked to have it installed :).
