I want to thank the folks here for being open about their issues. It is nice to know that you are not the only one to get stung on e-pay. Buyer be ware, as the "almost mint" means missing a few tubes.

And this type thing is not just with Radio equipment. I was again enticed and got some food dehydration racks which were "like new". Only problem was that they had been in a dishwasher and run through the dry cycle and were all warped. Yes you can return them, at your expense so that they can sell them again. Sometimes it is just not worth the hassle and you just chalk it up to "live and learn". I typically no longer use e-pay. Support our ham sites which offer for sale listings.
