That will be ok. Drake upped those to 30 uF in later production, but 22 is certainly plenty for an interim repair.
You also need to check the diode D7 with your ohmmeter just to make sure. If you have a 1N4007 or similar it wouldn't hurt to just replace D7 while you're in there since the bad cap has stressed it, at least.
