Bob--

+10V on the 10R line is present.  DR-7 displays "11100.0" (actually,
it starts up reading something else, but then slowly "morphs" into
that string of digits and then doesn't change again).  Might be the
DR-7 board, but my understanding is that a bad DR-7 board shouldn't
affect anything else.
