This whole language stuff is getting boring. I mean: it's getting boring to 
work around the limits of DSPAM. I am pretty close in sitting down and adding a 
configuration option to allow to set a language code for users and use that to 
control what language to display in the Web UI and what message to send to the 
end user. My "boring level" regarding that issue is slowly reaching his maximum 
so if you continue messing around with the language stuff then I might go and 
add that code :).
