I can't boot from my CD (Lacie) unless it is selected in the Startup Disk
control panel. Pressing "c" or CMD OPTION SHIFT DELETE doesn't work. The
workaround is to create a boot floppy that contains the disktools system
folder with the drivers for your CD drive.
