How about a realistic dream?
Swap out the 603 with a 603ev! The two are probably pin compatable.
Don't bother going past 100mhz, the 64k L1 cache on the 603ev would
give performance a kick in the pants, and think of the powersaving of
running a 250mHz rated chip at 100mHz!
You could always bump it up to 117mHz. :-)
