I'm afraid that everything must come out, but once you have everything out and flip
it over (as somebody said) then you can see how the pram just slides in and out of
the opening. Sorry if I led you to false hope...Had one beer to many last
night...actually it was half a beer but that is to many for me :) If you're going to
go through all that disassembly, it is a good idea if you are planning any other
upgrades for example G3 or bigger hard drive, to do them all at once as it is a
rather difficult complex process. Many people do prefer to let the experts handle
it...Although the second time should go easier than the first!
