don't be so hard on yourself UNTIL you actually receive the computer. once that has happened, you can go ahead and beat yourself up if that makes you feel any better. personally, it's NOT just the delivery company that is at fault, the fact that you were told it was mailed by one delivery service and then you find out it was indeed mailed by another is enough to be concerned about!
