Alan, we've probably beat this to death, but Ron's problem seems to be more with the US Post Office than with DT&T. While they screwed up by initially sending it via UPS, there is an assumption they did reship as requested via USPS.
Ron's circumstances pretty much resign him to having to us USPS...w/o tracking, which is the obvious problem.
