Hi again,

I've hit another slight problem. I'm trying to initialize the floppy disc as
a DOS disk, but it won't have it.

All my blank floppys are macintosh factory formatted floppy discs. They are
manufactured by 3M, and are double sided, high density things.

Can I change these to be DOS disks? these disks are going one way. They're
having Word 5.1 files written on them here on the Powerbook, then these
disks are travelling to Romania where they will be put on a common or garden
PC.

I have saved a file in RTF format to the floppy, but the floppy itself is
still in Mac format.
