Ed,

How can you tell the speed of your dialup from the GV PC Card? I have a
GV External modem that I use on my desktop Starmax, and when I sign on,
it always gives me an accurate speed (usually 46k) but on my PB 2400 W/ a
GV PC Card modem I always get a 115K or 230k speed when I sign on. It
obviously isn't downloading data at 115k, so I'm not really sure what
that number is, or how I can tell the actual connect speed?
