Peter,

Actually the Hybernate/Suspend issue is not related to the telnet interface.
It is related to the internal CW feature and the drivers that are required
for that interface.  In past versions, the drivers were also needed for
rotor control but in DXbase 2003 we eliminated the drivers for rotor control
so that it is not an issue, only the internal CW module.

So, short story is that there is info under the Error Message section of the
DXbase 2003 help file about the Hybernate/Suspend issue and some steps that
may help although we have not personally tested them here.
