Hi, Did you give a try to Webots? From the free demo version, you can upload .hex programs onto the e-puck (from the Tools menu). This works on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. You can download it from http://www.cyberbotics.com/products/webots/download.html. Let me know if that helps.
