Bringing the discussion back to ecology and living, this is just one more
example of how we are trying to avoid the responsibility of our own
actions. Avoidance of responsibility seems to be the underpinnings of our
society. We do not take responsibility for our consumption, it is just
there. We do not take responsibility for our trash, put it on the curbside
and it goes away. Do not take responsibility for your animals, let then
destroy.
