And Earl's page is IMNSHO the finest collection of links available online. > Many companies, like JCPenney have all their EDI specifications & examples > online. True. But I am currently working on Wal-Mart stuff for the first time in about eight years, and for some reason Wal-Mart has elected to make their IGs available only to registered users with a logon and password. (Client requested one from Wal-Mart for me, then just gave me his so I could get the damn job done on time). Yes, I can see how that makes sense to limit the use of the self-test portal (which is pretty neat, actually), but just 'on principle' seems to me that making EDI IGs available "to anyone, anytime" would encourage/facilitate more potential partners to actually deploy EDI with their trading partners. I just don't see a rationale behind "IGs available only to registered users". Anyone got one? Michael C. Mattias Tal Systems Inc. Racine WI [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------ Yahoo!
