Why is that?  Nishu has done some mapping in the past
but does not have a comprehensive understanding of
EDI.
Now he wants to interview for an EDI position and
would like to prepare for it.

What is so morally and ethically offensive about that?
Let the person on this list who has never "crammed"
for
an exam or done some "last minute" reading for an
interview cast the first stone.  What about it Earl? 
With those conditions are you the one suitable to
throw the rock?
