I don't think that this list is an appropriate place to get general help about 
the basic concepts of EDI.  
There is a _huge_ amount of stuff online, that can be found in just a few 
minutes with Google.

You are addressing the wrong person.  I either don't reply or give out links to 
where the answers can be found.  I have _never_ told anyone that their request 
was not reasonable.

I just tried to explain how these very general requests can sometime be met 
with anger - considering the job shortages and outsourcing trends.
