How did you get to $6k - $7k for AS2?

nSoftware AS2 is $500.00 for 5 licenses. Annual maintenance is about 20%, or
$100.00
It is DGI certified.

It would take most people a _maximum_ of a day to setup. Download, install,
configure firewall, generate cert, setup partner(s). It can probably be done
remotely ;-)
Let's say $1k.

You need a PC. I'll assume you have a reliable PC that you can leave on 24/7.

That's a total of $1,500. Lets add 33% and make it an even $2k.
How did you get to $6k ?????
I'm not trying to be obtuse here, but I have no financial interest in
nSoftware. I simply want to get you (and my clients) the best possible deal.

If I were in your shoes, that's what I would do...
Once you have AS2, the additional cost is tiny.

It's frustrating giving advice and having it totally ignored. Am I missing
something here?
