Well that is a good point.  The survey requires you to list it.  
Who's to say that listing something that you don't have/use is a 
problem?  Unless down the road if there are problems between you and 
the tp and it is traced somehow back to your non-certified software 
I wonder if the originator (or whomever wanted the certification) 
would then have legal/monetary recourse.
