Mike, Not sure what is confusing.
At the top I wrote "Please contact the recruiter below if you are interested in this opportunity". At the bottom I wrote "Recruiter contact", followed by the recruiters name and contact info. I'm sure the description is what the recruiter got from the employer, but you would need to contact the recruiter for more information or questions. This is the very same format I use for all of the postings I place on this list. I don't evaluate the specifics or validity of this or other opportunities I pass along, just pass along the information (as I receive it) for any interested job seekers on this list.
