Yes, I agree, communications is VERY important although not necessarily 
offered...   


Too bad candidates can't request the same of the recruiters...  there have been 
several instances I really felt like asking how well the recruiter could 
speak the english language or even request they just take a course in speaking 
english, but held my tongue...

Of course I can choose to vote with my decision NOT to work with some 
recruiters...

Hmmm... based on all the comments this thread re "Is  this is a 'positions 
wanted' or a 'positions offered' posting?" ......

.. I can only hope members - active participants and 'lurkers', newbies and 
long-timers alike - have a deeper appreciation of why so many employers 
request candidates for any position have "good communications skills."
