Yes, I agree, communications is VERY important although not necessarily offered...
Too bad candidates can't request the same of the recruiters... there have been several instances I really felt like asking how well the recruiter could speak the english language or even request they just take a course in speaking english, but held my tongue... Of course I can choose to vote with my decision NOT to work with some recruiters...
