Names are a moveable feast. On a functional level, if I want to 
communicate with IBM IE in the UK I use a piece of software called 
Expedite. There are other access methods nowadays but that has been 
around for a long time now. Are there any networks, whatever the name, 
in the US which you could access using Expedite?
