I don't do much PSK operation but I was just fiddling with it and noted 
something puzzling (to me anyway).

Data mode A, although basically a USB mode, defaults to CW-like filtering.  The 
"NORM" setting is 400 Hz (my CW filter width, I guess), "Shift" is 1.5 KHz (and 
very limited) and "LO" and "HI" are locked out.  Considering how much PSK 
operation is done, this is quite limiting.

Is there some compelling reason that I'm overlooking why the default for this 
mode shouldn't be the same as SSB, with the options to have both SHIFT/WIDTH 
and HI and LO CUT?
