You'll have the same problem if you NORMalise in SSB mode, then use
the XFIL button to select a narrower filter - it'll still be centered
on 1.50. It'd be nice if the NORMalise function for SSB mode could be
configurable, and if selecting other filters could, perhaps, adjust
the shift so that, effectively, the LO-cut stays the same. Personally,
I have a 1.8kHz filter, and use 1.8kHz all the time for SSB - I see no
need to let any more than that though to my ears... but I'm not an SSB
rag-chewer......
