That is only because TRX-manager does not "do the math" to shift the filter center frequency. It can easily be calculated from the current width and filter center like what is done automatically for you inside the K3 when you turn the Hi-cut knob. Yes, it is not provided as a separate command in the K3 programmers reference, but it is easy to do - move the center frequency down (shift) by 1/2 of the frequency amount to be cut.
I was not saying or implying that it is available by means other than the K3 knob, but it could easily be done by the software application if the author is willing to "do the math".
