That is why it is easier to use the HI - cut knob to change filters in 
SSB mode rather than the XFIL button.
The center frequency is automatically shifted along with the reduction 
in the high end.

I have heard this "problem" many times, and there seems to be a lot of 
resistance to using the "fix" that was built into the K3 from the very 
start.
