Yes and as Jim wrote, band allocations vary from one country to another.  For this reason the 60M frequencies are not included in the standard FREQUENCY Table in WSJT-X.   Therefore, one must manually enter the frequencies in the Frequency table.  Just right click anywhere in the table and a second menu will appear.  Select INSERT and enter the frequency in empty box and say OK.   It will then appear in the Band/frequency selection on the operating pane of WSJT-X.
