why do you feel the need to make others do something you want? why not
you obtain their consent to report to such a site? i bet people would be

The only irony is one that I realized after I sent the message. If delay of 8s is not acceptable then the answer is total monopoly of single video hosting, so "everybody" has it in warm cache. I am in doubts if it would be usable by those who blocks non-free JS.

I am just trying to figure out if it is possible to avoid conflict with FSF policy (I disagree with some points, but currently it does not matter) and to not break other things. I suspect, there is some risk of shadow ban in search engines due to links to alternative front-ends.

Actually I am surprised that when some site is considered non-legitimate, its alternative front-ends may be acceptable.

And sorry, it is not clear for me, what you propose to solve the problem.
