One thing to bear in mind... the Mail Database and Mail Index MUST be in a folder called Mail which must be in the Emailer Files folder (you can designate any folder to be the Emailer Files folder, but whatever one you designate, must contain all the other support files Emailer needs). Also, the Mail Database and Mail Index must be named exactly that. So if you roll back to an old version post rebuild, you must remove the word "(old)" from the names of the files (as well as the space before it).
