I shall at least hold on to the copy of the original database - all the
others are copies of empty clones. So I don't need them, right?

I used to back up my mail (and I constantly back up my address book)but
stopped mainly because I am the opposite of a pack rat and am more
inclined to throw out than archive. I tend to heave whole chunks of my
database every few months.

But I really would like to hold on to my Emailer folder (containing my
favourite tips) and one I call "Future Reference".

Is there a way to separate them out from the database and yet keep them
in Emailer format? I know I can copy the contents of a mail folder (i.e.
Sent/Read)but then it becomes a file of documents in list form. Need I
only recopy it back into the Folder from which it came at a later date to
view it within Emailer? And would this work for "personal folders" which
don't seem to have indivuated folders of their own.

Tannis
