Hi all: I have never had an operational problem with Emailer when yesterday, after reading all the mail on the subject, thought that perhaps I should "tone" my files by rebuilding my database using the F5 key.
Unfortunately, I selected the Claris Emailer Folder for the location of the Claris Emailer Files and ended up with an empty Browser and Address Book. I figured out my mistake but when I started again and reselected the correct location (the Files are in the Files folder and the folder is in the Folder!), only the default folders (including all current mail therein) showed up - for instance, my Emailer folder, containing carefully saved "helpful info" some of which might have been useful under the present circumstances, has disappeared. [I also couldn't connect until I had set up a new account and for some reason I still cannot open the Connection Log items in the Log folder that came up whenever I was unsuccessful connecting.] Where has this folder gone and can I retrieve it? I have kept all Mail Databases created inadvertently by me and spontaneously by Emailer everytime I reopen the application, but they are all identically incomplete.
