[other cogent arguments in favor of periodic rebuilds] I rebuild my CE roughly every two months, because I do lots and lots of moving folders around and deleting. Hence, the rebuild saves space and speeds Emailer up a bit. (The space is an issue only because I drag the entire Claris Emailer folder back and forth from home to work so that there is really only one copy of my email.) There is no danger in doing a rebuild, because CE backs up the Mail Database and the Mail Index files. If the rebuild hoses something (as an advanced rebuild can do), trashing the new versions of the files will get CE back to where it was before. So... if the machine is sitting around idle, a rebuild cannot hurt. bill ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
