It is called "Service Tool I", order code 696202-1.  I have 
bought several of these tools to ship with my systems so the 
customer can make up his motor cables.

I'm sure it does a better job than the $90 tool, which 
occasionally mangles a contact.  But, it does work.  AMP sure 
doesn't want anyone to know about this tool,  and it is not 
listed in most catalogs.  But, with the code number above, you 
can find it.  Digi-Key currently has 6, at $90.90 each
