It seems I might have a similar problem. My Startech and Pluto worked fine on my office PC, but not on my mill PC. I set and checked for EPP mode with my program, which worked fine. I haven't spent much time on it or tried my other Startech or SIIG boards, but I didn't expect it to be a problem because the boards seemed to work fine before.
