I'm felling thickheaded today. I don't see enough info here to comment. What's different between the office PC and mill PC? What are their M/Bs. etc. What does "worked fine" mean with respect to setting and checking for EPP mode (I assume you meant on the mill PC)? And the same question I asked Jon, have you tried with a recent version of Windows on your mill PC to see if you can set and use the Startech card? And the same thought: Might not this conversation be moved over to emc-users?
