Since I plan on building an extruder for a CNC router I should be 
close.  If I get close enough I might also build one of the new repraps 
to hack. The thing is that the new embedded devices they use are pretty 
much plug and play.  It will be hard to make in-ways into that user base 
unless you have something that can be shown as far superior.
