Hello, Is the manufacturer of a recognized component or an approved finished product required to place the approving agencies symbol/mark on the component or product? Perhaps the requirements are different depending on whether it is a component or a finished product. I am sure it is to the manufacturers advantage to do so, but is it a "thou shalt" regulatory requirement?
