Hello Bob,

To my knowledge:

UL requires the inclusion of the UL Listing Mark on all "Listed" products.
If the product is too small for inclusion of the mark, it may appear on
packaging, etc.

UL does not require the inclusion of the UL Recognized Component Mark
(reversed UR) on "UL Recognized Components".

CSA requires the inclusion of the CSA Monogram on all "CSA Certified"
products (analagous to UL Listing).

I'm not certain about CSA Certified Components (which are indicated by the
addition of a small equilateral triangle situated at the lower right of
the CSA Monogram). There used to be a lower case "ca" marking used for
plastics and circuit boards; Not certain if this mark is still utilized.

Hopefully someone else will address the requirements of other agencies.

Regards, Art Michael - Editor
