Even though it wasn't you point, Daniel, it should be noted that the CB Scheme provides for participating NCBs to accept one anothers' test data, but by no means guarantees that an NCB reviewing a CB Scheme Test Report will not ask to perform some testing. The testing might be required by an NCB due to incomplete testing, marginally compliant results, or national deviations that were not used in the evaluation that created the CB Scheme Test Report (this is not intended to be an all inclusive list).
