Dave, I have encountered the same problem and there is not a simple answer. I have not been able to find a military style circular connector that meets all the requirements (leading earth pin, earthed body, creepage distances, etc.). However, I did find an ITT Cannon connector for single phase that has a Nickel plated body and meets all these requirements. There may be a similar product for three-phase. The quality is great, but they are expensive and on fairly long lead time. I have also used Harting rectangular connectors for three-phase. The Han 'A' series are good up to 10A per contact, and the Han 'Q' range up to 16A per contact. They are IP65 and IP44 rated respectively for ingress protection. Seeing that you are in the UK, you will find them in the Farnell catalogue.
