I should have expanded a little - I am looking for any military style,
metal-shelled connectors, along the line of the Mil-C-38999. The IEC 60309
connectors are to big and 'clunky' for use on the front panel of rack mount
test equipment.

See IEC/EN 60309-1 and -2. Not 'grounded shell': these have all-
